As a proven nonprofit professional, Nancy will work to ensure your philanthropy is maximized. She has the nonprofit business and program knowledge required to ensure and that your corporate generosity provides the maximum positive impact.
As the executive director of a dual domestic violence/sexual assault agency, Nancy grew the agency's annual budget from $500 thousand to $1.9 million as a result of partnerships, fund-raising events and successful grant writing. Relationship building is key to development, we have successfully made individual asks of up to $200 thousand dollars.
30 Years of successful executive nonprofit experience managing multiple 501c.3 and 501c6 offers a wealth of leadership to your organization. We have formed countless community coalitions, nonprofit boards, and created positive longstanding working environments. We work hard to ensure staff connects and understands the mission of the organization.

Working with Connor Consultants for grant writing is one of the best decisions our Team has made for the Lupa Zoo. We count on Nancy, and she delivers researching funders and foundations while submitting timely, accurate and detailed applications reflecting the work and operational needs of our Zoo.
I knew there was funding out there and Nancy has made it a smooth and organized process for the Lupa Zoo, working independently and timely on each application. We are acutely aware grants are a fundamental piece of the financial pie for successful non-profits and grateful to have been recipients of funding. In 2022, with Nancy’s guidance and expertise, the Lupa Zoo secured a record number of grants.
As a result of the tremendous number of awards, we have been able to improve our campus and make incredible modifications. Nancy listened to our “Wishlist” of items, researched and wrote to appropriate funders who made very generous awards. We now have a barrier free play yard and a water park located near accessible restrooms. Large shade structures have been installed throughout the campus and we were able to expand our marketing to reach minority communities.
